Our Mission

The Applied Research Center in Accounting & Analytics (ARC-A&A) aims to further increase, enhance and synergize internal and external research collaboration with other researchers and institutions to improve management and audit in public and private organizations. Aligned with EBAPE’s mission,  ARC-A&A’s mission is:

To build and disseminate knowledge in planning, budgeting, accounting and analytics while strengthening the synergy among different and complimentary research methods.

What do we do?

  • ♦ Develop applied research to build knowledge and solve actual problems in the fields of planning, budgeting, accounting and analytics.
  • ♦ Develop research cooperation with established and worldwide well-known similar research centers.
  • ♦ Publish research reports in internationally recognized academic journals and with well-reputed book publishers.
  • ♦ Publish white-papers aimed to influence policy makers, standard-setters and regulators.
